Let every guest pick their own seat

Choose a venue seat map and set price zones. Buyers see live seat availability, pick their seats and pay by card in one flow.

Seat selection, pricing and guest seats on one map

From on-sale and seat selection to checkout and complimentary tickets, reserved seating lives in the OEN event dashboard you already know.

A seat map buyers can see

Buyers click seats right on the map, with available, pending and reserved states clear at a glance.

Held while you check out

Selected seats are held during checkout with a countdown. If someone else takes a seat first, the buyer is told right away to pick another.

Price zones

Set price categories by section or by row, each linked to a ticket type. Before publishing, every sellable seat is checked for a price.

Stop-sell and reserved seats

Switch any seat between stop-sell, reserved and on sale, or stop a whole row or section, keeping seats free for crew and VIPs.

Complimentary tickets

Send reserved seats to invited guests, who claim them by email. Cancel one and the seat goes back to reserved.

Per-person limits

Set a per-person ticket limit, so more fans get a chance at popular shows.

For concerts, theatre and talks, seated properly

Big shows, no guessing

When sales open, buyers go straight to the seat map and choose. Sold and held seats keep updating, so nobody has to guess what's left.

  • Seat status keeps updating, and a seat is never sold twice
  • Pick several seats at once, and swap or remove them before checkout
  • Card payment with 3-D Secure

Price zones, set once

Use price categories such as VIP, standard and concession, and assign them to sections or single rows. Before publishing, the system checks every sellable seat has a price, so nothing is missed on sale day.

  • Assign price categories to sections or rows
  • Seat counts per price category shown at publish
  • Republish to make changes until the first seat sells or a comp is issued

VIPs and comps on the same map

Mark seats as reserved, then send them as complimentary tickets to invited guests. Guests claim their tickets by email, and every seat is managed on the same map.

  • Reserved seats and comps managed separately
  • Guests claim tickets by email
  • Cancel a comp and the seat returns to reserved
