This policy applies to the personal data of Oen Tech members, Oen Tech Merchant Members, potential users (such as customers inquiring about information, participants in marketing activities, etc.) or users (such as donors who have not yet registered as members), and personal data collected by us through the Oen Tech website (personal data refers to data related to any identified or identifiable natural person).
2. Please note that if you link to other domains or apps that do not belong to the Oen Tech website, we may not be able to continue to maintain the security of your personal data because it is beyond our control, so this policy does not apply. Why We Collect Personal Data / How We Use Personal Data

1. Member management
   After you register as a member, we will create a member profile for you so that we can manage all member data. You can:
   1. Update basic data in "Member Data" to facilitate automatic filling in of the necessary data required for the product when ordering goods or donating.
   2. Choose to cancel your membership account.
2. Order management (performance/termination of contract)
   
   1. After you purchase goods, we will collect the personal data of the orderer/recipient according to the needs of the goods for the purpose of performing the contract, such as:
      • Send you the goods you purchased.
      • Process your payment.
      • Provide information related to the goods you ordered (such as a confirmation letter), or contact you or the contact person regarding the goods you ordered.

   If you are a member or donor of Oen Tech, or you have ordered goods from us, participated in our activities, used our services, or inquired about product information from us (potential customers), with your consent or under other legal provisions, we will use your contact information to recommend the latest activities, product discount information, other newsletters, or product information that you may be interested in, or deliver advertisements to you on third-party platforms (such as Facebook).

   3. Oen Tech will continue to use your personal data while the aforementioned collection purpose still exists. After the purpose of collection disappears, unless otherwise stipulated by law, we will no longer store your data in a way that can identify you.

Personal Data of Minors

1. If you are a minor under the laws of your country, please have your legal representative read and accept this policy, and your legal representative should agree that you register as our member or submit personal data to us.
2. If the information you provide when ordering goods includes the personal data of minors, you must ensure that their legal representative has consented to you providing such data to us.
